Who handles your information
I’m Imonikhe Aikoroje, based in North Carolina, USA. This notice explains how information is handled when you visit my portfolio or use its contact form. It applies to this site and Imos Labs.
You can contact me with questions or privacy requests. Use “Privacy request” as the subject so I can identify your message.
Information you provide
The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. A subject is optional. The submission also includes the page address it was sent from.
I use this information to read and respond to your inquiry, discuss roles or projects and keep relevant correspondence. Please share only what is needed for the conversation. Do not include passwords, access tokens or sensitive personal or client information.
Contact form and email delivery
The form sends your submission directly to FormSubmit, which processes it for delivery to my email inbox. FormSubmit and my email service provider handle the message as part of providing those services. FormSubmit may also process technical request information and use anti-spam checks.
FormSubmit states that it retains submissions in its archive for 30 days. That period does not determine how long a delivered email stays in my inbox. See FormSubmit’s documentation and privacy policy (PDF) for its practices.
Browsing, fonts and hosting
Hosting and access providers may process your IP address, browser information, requested pages and request times to deliver the site, control access and protect against abuse. They may use cookies needed for authentication and security.
The site uses Google Fonts. Your browser requests font files from Google, which receives the technical information needed to serve those requests, including your IP address. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
The site runs on ChatGPT Sites with Cloudflare infrastructure. Provider processing is also described in OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
I have not added advertising trackers or analytics tools to the site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies used for access or security may affect site features.
Books in the reading room
PDFs you open in the Imos Labs reading room are processed on your device. The reading room does not upload their contents or filenames to this website or an external reading service.
When browser storage is available, it saves a local copy of each PDF and its filename, size and date added so you can reopen it in the same browser. These books are not shared with other visitors or synchronized across devices. You can remove a book from the bookshelf or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. Your original file is not changed. Browser settings, storage limits or clearing browser data can remove saved copies.
If storage is unavailable or full, the reading room can open a PDF for the current page session and tells you that it has not been saved. Links to online books open their official websites, whose terms and privacy practices apply.
News feeds and external links
The Security wire retrieves headlines through the site’s server. Those feed requests do not forward your contact details or browser request information to news publishers.
If you open a news story, book, project, repository or social profile, you leave this site. The destination receives your visit and handles information under its own privacy policy.
Sharing and retention
Your message is handled by the providers needed to deliver it and by me to respond. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. I do not use contact submissions for advertising or add senders to a marketing list.
Correspondence may be retained for responding to an inquiry, related follow-up, relevant business records or legal obligations. Retention depends on the conversation and those needs. A delivered email is not automatically deleted when FormSubmit’s 30-day archive period ends. Hosting, email and other providers may retain their own records under their policies.
Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
Your choices and security
You can choose not to submit the form. You may also ask to access, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a copy of your information or complain to a data protection authority.
To make a request, use the contact form. I may need to verify that the request relates to you. Requests will be handled as required by applicable law, including any lawful retention obligations.
The site uses HTTPS for browsing and form submission. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure, so please keep sensitive information out of the form.
Policy updates
I may update this notice when the site or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
